Our latest Group Impact Report sets out how we supported 102,000 young people across 21 countries during 2025/26. The Report profiles the young people’s achievements and the progress they made with our help, and our key impact and outcome data.

Of the 26,000 young people who completed our Employment and Enterprise programmes in the UK and through King’s Trust International, over 70% of these young people are now in a positive outcome, including in employment or self employment; in education, training or an apprenticeship; or volunteer work.

The King’s Trust is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2026. Since 1976, we have supported 1.5 million young people to change their lives for the better.

Our latest annual report consolidates the financial activities and programme delivery of The King’s Trust Group Company and its subsidiaries from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.

During 2024/25, together with our partners, the consolidated Group of King’s Trust charities supported over 24,000 young people to gain the skills they need for work by delivering programmes in 23 countries.

The King’s Trust in the UK produces its own separate Annual Report, covering its financial activities and programme delivery.

For this report, the third in a series, we surveyed almost 13,000 young people in ten different countries to discover their views on the future of work. We wanted to learn how they were being impacted by the after-effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and by large increases in prices.

We surveyed 10,000 young people and conducted 17 focus groups across 12 of the countries where The Prince’s Trust operates to understand the attitudes of 18-35 year olds towards the future of work in the context of the recovery from Covid-19.

We surveyed young people around the world on their attitudes towards the future of work. Our findings show young people as agents of change ready to stand up for their future, and that of our planet. We have uncovered a new generation of budding entrepreneurs, ready to start up and build their own ventures.
